I grew up in the small town of Roberts Creek on British Columbia's Sunshine Coast. I gravitated towards art early, inspired by my father and older brothers. Some of my earliest memories were drawing epic battles with my dad in front of the TV, complete with sound effects and legions of stickmen. Early on, I developed a fascination with videogames. Eventually I discovered that one could be employed as an artist in the production of videogames. At the age of 15, I began working on the Half-Life modification Day of Defeat. Just prior to my highschool graduation we sold the game to Valve Software and were hired to develop Day of Defeat: Source.
Eventually I made my way to art school to expand my knowledge beyond texture painting. Since that time I have worked as a Concept Artist, Character Modeler, Texture Painter, and Groom TD on projects for The Weinstein Company, Disney, Marvel, Mattel, ABC, Netflix and more. I currently work as a Designer, Character Artist, and Groom TD at Zoic Studios.
